Daily Comment
After a sharp decline last Friday, Mortgage Bonds are starting the week by trading higher.
Since there are no economic reports due today, Bonds will probably react to Stocks, which are lower this morning after Johnson & Johnson’s revenues were reported below expectations.
For now, I recommend floating, as Bonds remain above support at the 25-day Moving Average. I will continue to monitor the markets and keep you informed of any major developments.
