Daily Market Comment

Mortgage Bonds are higher so far this morning, as Stocks are under pressure on world and national headlines.

Putting pressure on Stocks are the continuing financial woes in Greece. The markets are also digesting the Fed Meeting Minutes from yesterday, which revealed that the Fed remains cautious about the housing market.

I recommend floating for now. But be prepared to lock if the situation changes based on the results of today's Treasury auction or the market's reaction to speeches later by Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke and Kansas City Fed President Thomas Hoenig.
