$36 MILLION LAS VEGAS FORECLOSURE HITS THE AUCTION BLOCK
A 53,000 square foot commercial property in Henderson, Nev. — located at 2850 West Horizon Ridge Parkway — is slated for a foreclosure auction later this month, according to RealtyTrac. Known as the Regus, the property is the latest and largest commercial foreclosure in Las Vegas this year.
The borrower — Nnn Siena Office Park LLC — defaulted on a $35,527,139 loan, triggering the foreclosure notice. The borrower received a notice of default on Jan. 30, 2014. The building sits on a 157,687 square foot lot and was erected in 2002.
The auction will take place on February 21, at 10 a.m. at 930 South Fourth Street in Las Vegas, Nev. The trustee handling the auction is Assured Lender Services in Tustin, Calif.
