VIDEO Tours of Homes from Virginia Real Estate Solutions

With the addition of a Sony Full HD 1920x1080i Handycam to the Virginia Real Estate Solutions Team, we have been doing video walkthroughs of homes for our sellers. This should be a serious step up from the old fashioned Virtual Tours. Especially since Virtual Tours are, more often than not, glorified slideshows. This should give more information and more detail of a home than still pictures stitched together. This will be a huge step forward for the technology that is already incorporated in the Real Estate Practices of Virginia Real Estate Solutions and Remax Assured Properties.
