Mortgage Bond Comment
Mortgage Bonds are hovering near unchanged levels this morning, while Stocks are starting to the upside after news that General Electric was upgraded by JP Morgan.
Later today, the action should pick up when $38 Billion worth of 3-year T-Notes are auctioned off. Today's auction will be followed by tomorrow's auction of $20 Billion worth of 10-yr Notes and Thursday's auction of $12 Billion worth of 30-yr Bonds.I recommend floating for now, as I watch to see how today's auction is received by the market. I will let you know if the situation changes
